Kiltegan Heart Stone

“Aonar domsa idir dhaoine”

"When the old ghosts come back
To feed on everywhere you felt sure,
Do not strengthen their hunger
By choosing fear;
Rather, decide to call on your heart
That it may grow clear and free
To welcome home your emptiness."

John O'Donohue

We really are living in a time of true liminal space where we do not know from one day to the next what way our lives will change. It is a time the world has not seen before.

With all of our modern communication devices, we are constantly being fed with facts and figures that our spiritual digestive system has little or no need of. It is not nourishing and we are desperately crying out for something that can ground us and give us a truer meaning to and in our lives.

With this in mind, we heartily invite you to our Men's workshop on dealing with Covid-19 which will begin on Friday, 13th November, beginning 19.00 and will conclude on Saturday, 14th November, at 19.00.

We are delighted that one of our own from our weekly zoom meetings, Jordan Hamilton from California will facilitate this workshop.

This Gathering will be a unique time for men to meet face to face (virtually) and to speak their truth from the heart about their lived Covid experience and in turn to hear the truth of other men also at the level of the heart in a space that will be both sacred and confidential.

During the gathering the men will have opportunities to engage in:

  • Contemplative Sit
  • Ritual
  • Council Groups
  • Wandering
  • Solitutide
  • Deep sharing
  • Journalling
  • Dream Invocation

Please join us in this unique event in the hope that you too, with our great Irish poet John O'Donohue, will discover "That deep in this black hole you will find the blue flower that holds the mystical light which will illuminate in you the glimmer of springtime."

Registration for this event is essential and will close on Wednesday 11th November.

A suggested donation of €40 (more if you can afford it and less if you can't) can be paid through the M.A.L.E.s Ireland bank account. Details below
